Catherine is a consciousness coach and founder of Égaux sans Égo.
She stands out through her ability to see beyond performance:
the feelings behind the reactions,
the mechanisms behind behaviors,
the nervous system behind the athlete.

Égaux sans Égo was born from a defining moment in her life.
An event she chose to transform rather than escape.
That’s where her conviction was born: change is not created on the surface, but by going to the root.

Today, she guides athletes to slow down in the right place, to understand their reactions and to transform their survival mechanisms into conscious power.

Pillar of the Inner Support program, she knows how to guide parents to better understand their child, recognize the signs of survival mode and know how to support them with clarity.

She does not seek to control or correct she guides toward awareness, accountability, and autonomy.

Her strength: creating a safe space, speaking uncomfortable truths with precision,
and reconnecting the human behind the performance.

Because performing should never come at the cost of losing yourself.

Carolane is a coach and breathwork therapist.
For over 15 years, she has evolved in high-performance environments, where she experienced firsthand the pressure, anxiety, and emptiness behind achievement.

This path led her to breathwork, not as another tool, but as a return to herself.
A return to the body, to feeling, to being human.

She came to understand that behind performance often lies a nervous system in survival mode, even when everything appears under control.

Pillar of the Inner Leader program for coaches, she equips them with the tools to regulate the nervous system and support the human behind the performance.

Today, she helps athletes and coaches perform differently — with more stability, awareness, and alignment.

Her strength: making the internal tangible, putting words to what feels unclear,
and guiding people back to a place where they can finally breathe.

Because performance should never come at the cost of disconnecting from yourself.

Guillaume is part of the people who truly understand the athlete beyond what is shown on the ice or in training.
His approach stands out through his ability to notice the details, read between the lines and understand what lies behind reactions and behaviors.

With a strong analytical mind, he knows how to mentally guide athletes while pushing them physically to grow.
For him, performance is not only built through the body, but through understanding the human carrying it.

Present, attentive and deeply observant, he naturally creates trust with athletes.
His strength: seeing what others miss, bringing clarity within chaos and helping players regain a sense of control under pressure.

Within Égaux sans Égo, Guillaume helps build an environment where athletes can evolve with more awareness, alignment and authenticity.

Because high performance should never come at the cost of losing yourself.

A former LHJMQ athlete, Joey is now a strength and conditioning coach working with elite athletes.
With a background in psychology, he combines knowledge with a deep understanding of the athletic experience.

What sets him apart is his story.
A difficult transition out of sport marked by identity crisis and anxiety,
which led him to look beyond performance.

Pillar of the Inner Game program for professional athletes,
he supports those going through similar realities
by drawing from both his lived experience and his expertise.

Today, he helps athletes better understand themselves,
build beyond survival mode,
and create a path that is both high-performing and sustainable.

His strength: bridging performance and identity,
and providing the tools to grow without losing themselves.

Because a successful path should also be an aligned one.
