How it works and objectives


 

A structured progression designed to transform the athlete’s experience, from the body to team dynamics.

 Education and Awareness


This first module aims to awaken the athlete’s awareness of how their nervous system functions and to create concrete links with their daily sport experience.
 


 

Tolerance to intensity


Creating connection where there is usually only performance.

Through an experience of exposure and presence, athletes access a space of vulnerability and humility that allows them to release emotions often pushed aside.

This process fosters authentic connection, increased presence and real trust between players.

 



Team closure and integration


This final module allows to consolidate the day’s learnings and anchor them both at the individual and collective level.

 


HIIT Training

This module immerses athletes in an intense and collective physical training, creating a high level of controlled stress for the nervous system.

The objective is to learn to self-regulate in action, integrate concrete
tools during effort and directly transfer what is learned into performance.





Breathwork


Closing the active experience with deep regulation.

This module uses breath as a regulation tool to allow a physiological release of stress, emotions and tensions accumulated during the experience.
